    SnowCrest Digital is a dynamic Digital Marketing, Web Design and Development agency from Lakewood, NY. There are many website design and digital marketing firms, doing extremely nice things and providing great services. We do the same, we just do it with a little more passion and at much better rates.

    In 2020 we expanded and opened a branch in Pretoria South Africa, where we will be providing digital services to the people of South Africa.

    The company was founded in 2016 by Chris Anderson and Calvin Cani, as a spur of the moment idea. Together the partners bring over 20 years of Digital Marketing and Web Design experience to the table. Both partners have the same goals for the company and both partners believe 'the customer is always right'.

    We want to know as much about your company as possible, who works for the company, what products it sells and/or services it provides. We also like to know how the company operates and how it deals with customers. It’s important because we want to know who we’re working with and it helps us to better understand and approach the web design process

    We want to know who your competition is and what they are doing right and also what they are doing wrong. How much of the market to they own and various other things. With the right research we gain a lot of viral information to help us when we design your website.

    Create a Wireframe

    The next step is to create a wireframe and decide the general layout of the website, where things will be placed on the pages, what the pages will have on them and what pages there will be.

    It also helps with deciding how the coding is going to be done and what functionality the website will have. A wireframe is kind of like the architectural plan of the site or the blueprint.

    It’s important that the wireframe is precise, so there is only minor changes that gets done in the optimization phase.

    Design the Elements

    The design step involves the actual creation of all the elements and pictures that will be used on the website. It includes things like slides for a slideshow, graphics for pages and icons that are used all over the site. This phase is actually done in conjunction with the coding phase as things are created in code, so they are created in designs. This step also involves doing the CSS work that is the actual styling of the site. The design and coding phases bring the actual website to life so it’s a really exciting phase for us.

    Do the Coding

    The most demanding step some would say because coding can be really difficult some times. We have well over 15 years experience coding web applications and mobile app. We don’t just code websites, we also code back end systems and web applications that provide functionality and data to various apps.

    Test the Site

    We put the website or app through it’s paces and we check how it performs, if there are any bugs or design mistakes. We test for speed and makes sure the website or app is as fast as possible. We make notes and look for areas where we know we can improve.

    Optimize the Site

    Optimization is done to make the website more secure, faster, more functional and lighter so it loads faster. We also optimize it for search engines so the search engine optimization process later is much easier.

    Launch the Site

    The final and most exciting phase when the website or app is launched and people start using it. We celebrate this phase with our valued client
